With most accounts you will have the option to use our network tools which
can be very useful. The network tools enables on most accounts are Domain
Lookup and Trace route.
Using Domain lookup
Domain lookup lets you find out the IP address and mail properties the specified
domain. To use this tool locate the Network tools icon within the control
panel and click on it.
The following menu will then load.
To use domain lookup enter the name of the domain you wish to lookup, for
example purposes we entered yahoo.com and pressed the lookup button. The follow
screen then loaded.
The results are shown which includes the server IP and what server handles
the mail. Zone information is also shown if available.

Using Trace Route
Trace Route enables you to trace the route from the server to you. To
use this tool locate the Network tools icon within the control panel
and click on it.
The following menu will then load.
This screen shows you the route from the server to you.
