On all our accounts you have the facility to block e-mails that fit a certain
criteria.
Blocking an e-mail
To block an e-mail click on the Block an e-mail icon in the control panel.
Once you have clicked on this icon the following menu will appear.
To block an e-mail you then have to click on [Add Filter] which is at the
bottom of the menu. The following menu will then load.
You then have options of how you would like your e-mails filtered. Use the
two drop down boxes to select how you would like your e-mail to be filtered.
For example if you were to select From in the first text box and
Matches in the second and then you were to type bob@junkmail.com
in the text box mail from bob@junkmail.com would be blocked.
Once you have filled in these fields you can then click the activate button.
You will then be told if your request was successful.

Deleting a blocked e-mail
To unblock an e-mail click on the Block an e-mail icon in the control panel.
Once you have clicked on this icon the following menu will appear.
You then have to click on the delete button of the e-mail which you wish
to be unblocked.
You will then be told if the deletion was successful.
