Once you have clicked on the Add / Remove Mail Accounts Icon
You will see a menu much like the one below. This is the menu used to manage
your mail accounts.
Adding a mail account
To add a mail account click on the [Add Account] button, this is at the bottom
of the menu.
Once you have done this a menu much like the one below will appear.
You then have to type in the mail address you want to create in the top text
box. Then you must give the mailbox a password, this should be entered in
the second text box. Once you have entered both the mailbox name and password
you can press the create button located at the bottom right of the menu.
You will them be told if your mail box creation has been successful.

Deleting a mail account
To delete a mail account click on the red delete button next to the account
you wish to delete.

Changing mail account passwords
To change a mail account password you must first click on the change password
button.
The following menu will then appear.
You can then enter the new password for the mail account and press the Change
button. You will then be told if the password change was successful.

To read web mail click on the Read web mail icon.
